         GGiacomo Aprea, born and raised in Napoli, Italy, attended culinary school "Giulio Ceasre" in Genoa, Italy.  In his twenty-seven years as a Master Chef, he has cooked in England, New York, and is now serving Tucson at North Kolb and Sunrise, in the Basha Plaza.

       With all of the diversified tastes of food in America, come in and try us! We are as close to authentic as you can get!  All entres are cooked to order, and his sauces are a fantastic blend of flavors.  We're quaint, with good friendly service, and have a great neighborhood bistro where the Chef, Giacomo, treats you with a visit!
